For us, it is also « Printemps des Rillettes » and #RillettesDay. Time to celebrate many friendly and convivial moments with the Rillettes, one of the most traditional French delicacies !
This year, we would like to share our love for the Rillettes and the culinary knowhow and culture of the Sarthe Region with all Rillettes lovers, from France, Europe and all around the world. Our objective is to bring all Rillettes lovers from all over the world via your contributory messages/souvenirs about the Rillettes.
